Member Committees

The IBC is committed to providing high-quality, relevant programs and events that deliver valuable information to help businesses improve their profitability.  IBC's Luncheon Series provide focused programs related to Human Resources, Operations, Management, Security, and specialized Quarterly Executive Luncheons with timely topics and speakers selected by our Board of Directors.

Red Carpet Committee

Red Carpet Committee members act as IBC Ambassadors to welcome new businesses and IBC members to our unique business community.  Committee members attend events on behalf of the Industry Business Council including: ground breaking ceremonies, ribbon cuttings and grand openings.

Human Resources Committee

Members with responsibility in Human Resources are invited to be part of this committee as they select speakers and topics of interest for the Human Resource luncheons scheduled throughout the year.

Management/Operations Committee

Members of the Management / Operations committee are selected for their experience and knowledge in the fields of management, operations, security and technology.  Members select keynote speakers and topics relating to policies and procedures that will enhance skills of management and improve operations.
